Dahlan tak Perintahkan Bank Mandiri Cs Joint Venture - Minister for State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Dahlan Iskan said he did not have three state-owned enterprises, namely Bank Mandiri, PT Pos Indonesia, and PT Savings Insurance Servants (Taspen) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a joint venture bank.

Even so Dahlan welcomed the third attempt SOEs. He said it is the intention of the three pure SOEs. "It's an outlet for Taspen and post to get out of the difficulty," said Dahlan in his office, the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises, Jakarta, Thursday (31/1).

According to Dahlan, with increasingly sophisticated technology then there might PT Pos Indonesia will be left of society. "Advances in technology and the proliferation of competitors when it could make people leave the service Pos Indonesia," said Dahlan.

As is known, this morning (31/1), three companies of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), namely Bank Mandiri, PT Pos Indonesia, and PT Savings Insurance Servants (Taspen) did signatory memorandum of understanding (MoU) to form a joint venture bank.
